This deep healing yoga practice becomes much slower and meditative to offer our body rest and attention. The postures aim to restore a healthy energy flow throughout the body and mind. It’s a beautiful way to rejuvenate after a busy week, or daily stresses.
Each posture is held for three to five minutes, and our breathing is slow and relaxed, almost meditative. In our poses, we are tapping into deeper tissues, joints, and energy channels. We are tapping into how we hold energy and how we let it go.
Yin poses improve circulation, elasticity and flexibility.
Towards the end of the practice, restorative postures relax the nervous system, letting the body and mind surrender into a peaceful rest.
All levels are welcome, and we promise to find which postures need to be adjusted to meet your body’s needs.

A multitude of instruments are used in the session, such as singing bowls, gongs, tongue drums, chimes and more..
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and not consume alcohol three days before the treatment, but also after, so that there is a proper flow of energy.
